We recommend a nice font for viewing these web pages. Our CSS file suggests The Crystal Font
for the Title and Author columns. Try it out! The Crystal Font is provided free of charge by
Seagull Scientific and was created by the
Software Renovation Corporation. Please be sure to check the HTML source for the pages
presented here, they are beautifully crafted and formatted as 'HTML 4.01 Strict' by Perl. To view the source in Firefox, simply press Control-U.
Here is the actual Perl program that performs the searches and creates the HTML that is sent
to your browser.
The original data was supplied by Steve, KB9MWR, from http://www.qsl.net/kb9mwr/files/ham/73.html, which appears to have come from
scans of the 73 Magazines. There were many errors in the data from that web page. Those errors appear to have resulted
from the OCR software. We have taken much care to correct the errors, but cannot guarantee the accuracy of the original
information, or the corrected data available here. If you have information that would improve the accuracy of the data
in the database, we would be happy to hear from you and make any verifiable corrections.
